Safeguarding Policy

Our aim is to be a Christian community of love and care, where good safeguarding practice becomes a way of life.
We follow the Methodist Safeguarding Handbook which contains the latest policies and procedures which have been approved by the 2010 Methodist Conference and which came into effect on 1 January 2011.
By following these guidelines, our church community also complies with the latest government guidance in creating a safe space for all.

All workers with children and vulnerable adults are DBS checked.
